If your dispute involves property insurance, file a complaint with your state insurance commissioner, file a complaint with us and join us.

If your dispute involves flood insurance, file a complaint with your state insurance commissioner, with FEMA, and FEMAINFO.US. Ask your federal officials to advocate for you.

FEMA may suggest you speak with their NFIP staff. Many Hurricane Isabel victims have done so, repeatedly. In many cases after eleven months they remain homeless and in some cases more than one hundred thousand dollars short.
